8th Debrecen Festival of Classical Guitar Bands

Following the successful events of previous years, the Faculty of Music of the University of Debrecen will hold its eighth edition on April 22-23, 2016. The Debrecen Festival of Classical Guitar Orchestras is jointly organized by:

The aim of the festival:
Built on the revival of the Renaissance and Baroque plucked culture, it aims to introduce and popularize classical guitar music, its orchestral forms and to provide the festival participants with a common musical experience. to create an opportunity.
We want to create an opportunity for young guitarists to meet and get to know each other's musical activities, but at the same time, this festival also provides an opportunity for the exchange of professional experience.
